Is it legal to make a Remix of a song to promote a website? I dont want to run into copyright issues.?

I would like to create a spoof music video containing a copyrighted beat in the background. I know if you state that you are not the owner of this music and no infringement was intended thats OK for youtube upload. But being a business could i host this on my website? Love some insight thanks
