Could I get insurance to pay for lypo in my legs?

I have had my knee caps to dislocate 4 times. My thighs have always been large since birth. When I was a baby I was born breech. I was suppose to be put into braces because I wasn't expected to walk because my legs were so far behind my head. Could I get lypo in my upper thighs and have insurance pay for a portion? Btw im not morbidly obese or anything like that and I am 5''9 1/2 Ive heard taller people have more joint problems.
