I had to reverse over a snow mound in my 97 Camaro why does my car bog when going up hills now?

The check engine light is on most of the time and flashes when im trying to accelerate up hills. It also idles low when I'm at a stop now. We changed the spark plugs and gave it a tune up but this didn't help. Other than stupidly driving it in snow (only car) what could the problem be?
