Enlisting as an E4(No college)?

At the end of highschool I will have done 4 years of JROTC(Army). I'll be able to enlist as an E3. Is there any way I would earn an extra rank for being good in BCT or recruiting a friend or two?(Simply wondering, Id be happy to enlist as an E3)
