Describe two times in your life that you found stressful, one ofwith effectively? which yoy felt that you cope?

one of which you did not cope with as effectively. did the ways you coped reflect any of the three coping strategies such as denial, repression, projection, identification, regression, displacement, sublimation, reaction formation, intellectualization. did you use different coping srategies in two situation? why do you think you coped more effectively in one situation than the other?
