Help I have a fever and I can't sleep.?

Where I live it's around 3:30 am right now. I have school in a couple of hours and I can't sleep. I just woke up with a really burning hot body and a headache. I feel absolutely horrible. It is mandatory that I go to school because I have to clean out my locker and if I don't go to school today the Janitor is gonna thriow my stuff away. Help what should I do to get rid of this fever?
