I think that her ignoring you is just a sign saying that she is too embarred to even look you in the eye. Maybe she doesn't know what you were thinking and maybe she thought you'd make fun of her. I wouldn't turn her in because well, you know how everyone makes mistakes in life right? I would say if you caught her doing it again, report her. But at the moment I would say just to give her some slack. She might really need what she took.
