There are two ways to deal with these: l'Hopital's rule, and cheating. The cheat is simpler; as x gets large, all the constant terms become irrelevant and we are simply left with (x sqrt(10))/x, which is obviously sqrt(10). The negative branch approaches -sqrt(10).
