Im14 years ld im 106 pounds and i can only bech 80 pounds how can i get stronger so im not the tall skiny kid?

im tired of being made fun of because im so skinnny and i want to e a better sprinter. what should i eat and drink to enhance my muscles? i especially want o strengthen my fore arms, biceps, hamstrings calves and abs.
