My boss is discriminating...?

My last day at this company is in three days, so the owner of the company is interviewing applicants to replace me. I see most of the resumes that come through and was asked to try to help pick out good candidates. In my opinion, two of the most qualified applicants that have come through have turned out to be black. I don't have a problem with that. My boss does. He came up to my desk after the last interview and plainly said, "I can't hire her because she is black." I'm disgusted and seriously considering either walking out today and never coming back or calling an attorney or both. I really don't want to get mixed up in a lawsuit, but its not right and I am now very glad I am leaving this company. So my question is....What would you do?
