Medication?

I have been on Clomipramine (200mg a day) for over four weeks now. I have not had any reduction of OCD symptoms. I've previously tried Aropax, Luvox, and Zoloft. The problem is, the Zoloft drug induced a psychotic/schizophrenic state. Now the Clomipramine has given me hypomania and agoraphobia. I am still experiencing all of the above side effects. I have also tried augmenting with Zyprexa, Seroquel, and Risperidone. No avail. What on earth has the Zoloft done to me, and why am I still experiencing all of those terrible apparently rare side effects? Can Zoloft do irreversible brain damage? Perhaps something has gone wrong with the chemicals and cells in my brain to cause this thought disturbance. Why is the Clomipramine not working? There is absolutely no improvement. I'm stuck with big problems and a bunch of horrendous side effects. How long should I give Clomipramine a go? Why am I getting worse with every new medication?
